Erfolgreiche Suche wird nicht durch die Suche erfolgreich, sondern dadurch, dass wir uns von der Lösung finden lassen. Sich von einer Lösung finden zu lassen setzt sehr viel Einsatz voraus - aber einen Einsatz von Haltungen, aus denen die Handlungen folgen und nicht umgekehrt.

Un large sourire
Pour me préparer à la recherche d´un emploi, momentané je lis le livre « Neue Bewerbungsstrategien für Hochschulabsolventen » von Hesse & Schrader (2005). Il s´agit d´un livre très informative et digne d´ être lu. Supplémentaire Hesse & Schrader ont le sens de l´humour. Pour cette raison, je recommande le livre chacun qui s´intéresser à le sujet candidature respectivement le sujet lettre de candidature.
Entre autres les auteurs écrivent de la sélection de la photo de candidature. Ils recommandent des photos noir et blanc parce que elles faire l´effet d´ être plus sympathiques et plus délicates.

Wenn auch in wissenschaftlichen Untersuchungen festgestellt wurde, dass die von der Physiognomie abgeleitete Beurteilung auf der Basis eines Portraitfotos oftmals zu Fehlschlüssen führt und die entsprechenden Eindrücke sogar vollkommen spekulativ sind, wird es doch immer wieder Personalchefs geben, die aufgrund ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung ihr Lichtbild intuitiv richtig zu interpretieren glauben.

Human Error & Order from Disorder

is searching for an occupation activity, where it is not only allowed but desired to make that kind of actions or non-actions that most of the people I know call “failures” – unwilling or unable to see that the fear to make “failures” is eradicating and extirpating creativity.
The resultating disequilibrium, that most of human beings, who are a result of “failures” of mother nature paradoxically call “failures”, ensures the potential to grow and reorganize – and this is definitely an important component of life.

It´s inspiring to read the life of Charles Darwin and think how the division of plant and animal kingdoms, all this myriad of order, come about through the miracles of evolution, natural selection and chance mutation. To me this is a marvelous indication that you can get order by starting with disorder.
